BAA Training is more than just a flight academy or a simulator training center. We offer comprehensive aviation training solutions covering Ab Initio and Type Rating pilot training, Cabin Crew, and other related courses. Our customized services, designed for airlines and individual customers, come with exceptional flexibility due to our global presence and the extensive expertise gained over nearly 20 years of activity in the field. With over 245 employees working for the company and training centers in Lithuania, France, Spain, and Vietnam, we prepare around 1,000 aviation professionals annually, providing industry-leading aviation training.

Convenient training location
Depending on the circumstances, the theory part can be carried out at one of the two ground schools – Vilnius, Lithuania, or Lleida-Alguaire, Spain. The practical training takes place at the flight school at Lleida-Alguaire International Airport. This setting provides the perfect environment for students to get used to their future job setting.
Modern training aircraft
Students train on Cessna 172 Skyhawk aircraft with glass cockpits and the latest avionics. The flight school will soon expand its fleet by adding new Piper Seminole aircraft.
Wide selection of programs
We offer a wide range of Ab Initio training, including cadet programs, ATPL Integrated, CPL Modular, and more.
