Medical check-up and document screening
Submitting a valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate and other documents is mandatory. You will undergo a special medical examination assessing your physical fitness for the pilot profession.
You must fill out the candidate application form and submit all the necessary documents for the selection process. At this stage, we will select a mutually acceptable date and time for the assessment.
Assessment
First, a personal traits test is completed. It is a computer-based evaluation of the candidate’s personal traits and competencies. Then, the English language proficiency test is done. It consists of grammar and listening exercises to assess the candidate’s English language proficiency.
Finally, the candidate’s cognitive abilities assessment is performed. During this stage, logical thinking, multitasking ability, reaction speed, and other skills necessary for the pilot profession are evaluated. The test also assesses proficiency in math and physics.
Final-round interviews
This is the stage where a candidate goes through the final round of interviews.
During the interview with a selection specialist, a candidate’s psychological state and general readiness to start pilot studies and pursue an aviation career are evaluated. After that, the selection specialist makes the final decision about the candidate’s suitability for studies. A candidate does a final interview with a psychologist and provides relevant references.
The candidate then participates in a group exercise and does a final interview with a selection committee, which makes the final decision about the candidate’s suitability for studies.
